Dreaming with the Horses

Have you ever had a dream that sticks with you? Sometimes when we dream there is a strong feeling after waking. At first it isn’t always clear what it is. This workshop is designed for people who want to make meaning of their dreams.

We will be re-experiencing the dream to invite a deeper sense of knowing. Horses require us to be congruent, meaning our insides must match our outsides. Because of this we recognize our emotions with clarity. Being around horses drops us into our bodies where we can feel out our truth versus getting stuck in our head. We are allowed an embodied way to stay with dream imagery and sink fully into the experience and meaning.

Through this process, the dreamer will have an opportunity to step into their aligned wholeness, offering a space for real transformation.

Dance of Relationship: Understanding Communication and Connection Through Horses

This workshop is for couples who want to explore their connection through interactions with horses. Horses give us immediate feedback about our verbal and nonverbal habits. You will gain an awareness of your helpful and harmful interactions. This will help you to create the kind of connection you long for.

Facilitators: Autumn Haney, Jenny St. Claire, Dee Marcotte, LPC. Dee is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Animal Assisted Psychotherapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Approved Clinical Supervisor who works with both individuals and couples.
