I’ve always been a bit of a sensitive soul…

I’m deeply attuned to energy, animals, emotions, and ethereal beings. My path of self-discovery began with a dive into astrology, which allowed me to see myself in a new light and fully embrace my uniqueness. Following a growing stirring within me, I stepped onto an eight year path of learning how to tap into my intuitive, healing and teaching abilities.

Since then, I have been guiding others to connect with all parts of themselves - higher self, energy, thoughts, emotions and body. I've offered readings, healings, and held sacred ceremonies, including weddings and funerals.

However, I understand that some may be hesitant about what I might uncover within them. This led me to explore traditional counseling, and later, equine-assisted therapy, where I discovered a unique kind of magic in the presence and wisdom of horses. I offer the occasional workshop with the horses to help women embrace their divine feminine. It turns out that many people are afraid to truly be seen, regardless of how it happens (although many find it easier with animals - me included!). Yet, being seen and honored is one of the most potent ways to heal.

Everything I have learned by working with horses has been directly applicable to every relationship in my life. Addressing the pain and programming held in my body and emotions, combined with my spirituality, has helped me have cleaner relationships with family, friends and loved ones. I am still a work in progress, and I’ve invested a lot of my energy, focus and passion to have arrived here. 

If I could help the world with one thing, it’s in relating with yourself with kindness and love so you can treat one another in a way that is deeply honoring. My sacred service is in guiding you to the kind of embodied relationships you long for.
