It's simply that living from your heart is more a kin to sustenance rather than a nice-to-have, once-in-a-while activity. Your heart is generous and was to guide you through life, yet you ignore it.
Embarking on a new journey can be daunting. Often, there is fear of the unknown. What will you find in your heart? Are you worried about what you might learn about yourself? Once you see it, you can't unsee it. It just seems easier to ignore your heart.

The Straight To Your Heart Meditation is a 28-minute guide to get you started. What a gift to take some sacred time to slow down and check in with yourself. In this meditation, you will meet a spirit horse who will be your guide. Once in your heart, you will be offered opportunities to know what is currently there as well as opportunities to see what is possible.
The meditation music has enhanced elements. Binaural beats, Theta waves and Solfeggio frequencies are used to help you deepen into your heart. The binaural beats introduce different frequencies to each ear which can cause your brain to enter a new feeling state that can help you feel more of whatever emotion you desire. Theta waves have many healing qualities; increased intuition, subconscious connections, and deep levels of relaxation. The solfeggio frequency used in this meditation is 528Hz, which is the frequency of transformation, miracles, and DNA healing. The combination of beats, waves and frequencies greatly enhance your readiness to be in your heart and know what your heart needs from you at this time.
Note: To take full advantage of the binaural beats, be sure to listen with headphones or earbuds.
The Companion Workbook
The companion workbook is intended to create a bridge between meditation and your everyday life. You want to be able to live from your heart all the time, not just when you're by yourself in meditation. Going through the questions gives you the opportunity to let how you felt during the meditation really sink in.
Questions
Some of the questions will be direct correlations with the meditation to help you integrate what you learned from the experience. Other questions are introduced to expand on knowing your heart more fully, as well as actions to take into your life. Give yourself the opportunity to know something about yourself you hadn't known before and develop deeper understanding and compassion toward you.
