Do you trust yourself? Do you have self-control over those sugar cravings? Can you pick the fastest line at the grocery store? How about those late night drunk texts to your ex that you swore you blocked?
Did you say no to any of these? Great! We all have our weak moments.
But, you are probably a lot more capable than you think!
So what does it really, really mean to be able to trust yourself? We often try so hard to hold onto outcomes or make things happen in order to remain in control, but sometimes we feel wildly out of control of our situations. What would it be like to step into a place of unwavering certainty and knowing? (At least for the big things! No promises on the sugar cravings.)
Horses are prey animals, which means they are intrinsically driven for flight or fight and to be able to perceive danger. They have to develop an immense amount of trust in themselves and their humans in order to face the oddities of our world.
With the horses as a mirror, and your guides, you will begin to build that solid sense of trust within yourself.
(This is not a riding or horsemanship skills workshop and no experience is needed. There will likely be no hair whipping photo ops on the horses.)
These workshops are designed to be taken in order but can also be taken completely on their own.
My co-facilitator for this workshop is Kayla Richards. She has worked with horses her entire life, and professionally she has been a trainer and riding instructor for the last ten years. She loves that horses have a way of showing us exactly what we need to know about ourselves and that they seem to magically help us heal.
Cost is $389
