Blue Moon Circle
Get ready for some lunar magic! After a whole summer of deep healing and hard work, let’s take an evening to just celebrate!
A Blue Moon is when a full moon rises twice within the same month. It gives us the opportunity to make adjustments to our personal intentions and align with the nourishing energy of summer.
This celebration is meant to inspire us to embrace our individuality and our growth!
(It’s also the birthday for our beloved little horse Blu, so we will absolutely be celebrating her and her individuality as well!)
My co-facilitator for this moon circle is Kayla Richards. She has worked with horses her entire life, and professionally she has been a trainer and riding instructor for the last ten years. She loves that horses have a way of showing us exactly what we need to know about ourselves and that they seem to magically help us heal.
Cost is $75

Unwavering: Trust Yo' Self
Do you trust yourself? Do you have self-control over those sugar cravings? Can you pick the fastest line at the grocery store? How about those late night drunk texts to your ex that you swore you blocked?
Did you say no to any of these? Great! We all have our weak moments.
But, you are probably a lot more capable than you think!
So what does it really, really mean to be able to trust yourself? We often try so hard to hold onto outcomes or make things happen in order to remain in control, but sometimes we feel wildly out of control of our situations. What would it be like to step into a place of unwavering certainty and knowing? (At least for the big things! No promises on the sugar cravings.)
Horses are prey animals, which means they are intrinsically driven for flight or fight and to be able to perceive danger. They have to develop an immense amount of trust in themselves and their humans in order to face the oddities of our world.
With the horses as a mirror, and your guides, you will begin to build that solid sense of trust within yourself.
(This is not a riding or horsemanship skills workshop and no experience is needed. There will likely be no hair whipping photo ops on the horses.)
These workshops are designed to be taken in order but can also be taken completely on their own.

Mastery: Me, Myself and I
Do you ever talk to yourself? How about have full blown arguments? Are you starting to worry about all those voices in your head?
Have you ever tried to make friends with them?
All relationships take work - including with you!
We are like diamonds! (Diamondsss… are a girl’s best frienddd)
But really! We are so multi-faceted and the aspects of ourselves that show up depend on the light that we are shining through. Unfortunately, we often let the light of unworthiness, shame and insecurity have the most power…so that’s the shit that shines through. Shine your light, not your shit!
We spend all this time trying to reprogram our mindset and uncover our wounds, now how do we take it into our daily life? Horses have the ability to hold space for us in our healing, but they also know how to push buttons and identify where we may not be congruent.
It’s time to gain some mastery over what’s happening inside of us because that will shift everything that's happening out in your life, too. Even though we’ll have times where it seems like one of those unpleasant feelings will take us for a ride, we can learn to gain sovereignty over who is driving the bus- at least most of the time.

Unraveling: Wounds of Worth-Less-Ness*
Good Vibes Only. Mindset is Everything. Be in your highest vibration. Have Gratitude. Every. Freaking. Day.
Has that worked for you yet? Just think your way into positivity while being under the pressures of your responsibilities, relationships, appearance, and everything else that we juggle on a daily basis. Just be in-human!
In this workshop, we will be unraveling all of these crushing pressures and limiting beliefs that keep us small and feeling the pain of worth-less-ness. The wound of not feeling like enough.
Oooof, that’s a hard one right?
Where in our lives have we been taught to stay small? What has society taught us about being a woman? What happens when women step into their divine power? What is your relationship to that divine power?
It’s time to weave a new a truth. One where you can behold your value. The real one. Actually, though!
Horses literally know what it means to carry the weight of everybody else. Their wildness has been “broken” and used as a tool for thousands of years in service to their people, yet they remain willing to share their authentic selves and stand in their worth.
What better teachers could we have?

Radiance: Shining Your Divine Feminine
Sounds lovely doesn’t it?
Radiantly basking in a self healing glow… hair whipping on horse back…stepping into our divine feminine.
But, what the fuck does divine feminine even mean?
This isn’t just another workshop with floofy words and yoga mats! Our healing journeys take courage, stamina, tenderness, anger and… some humor?
In this first workshop of the Wild Feminine Series we will be doing some spring cleaning of our self concept. We will be diving into topics such as:
What is your inner divine feminine and masculine, and how has it formed your self concept?
What old shit do you carry in your thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that you need to let go of?
How about that nagging voice in your head that likes to judge you, make you feel guilty, or tells you you’re not good enough?
Let’s not forget the horses. Our amazing little herd will be present to hold space, work through exercises, and be a mirror to show you exactly what it is that you need to know about yourself.
