Self-Relationship Coaching

Do You Feel Disconnected From Yourself, Your Passion, Or The People In Your Life?

Something is blocking you from achieving your goals. You know you’re good at what you do, but feelings of self-doubt and hopelessness have you questioning your ability to succeed. Maybe you’ve become confused, frustrated, or overwhelmed and are wondering if you’re really capable of getting where you want to in life.

Something always seems to go wrong in your relationships. Perhaps you’ve become more isolated after a series of disappointments or failed connections. Or maybe you have been in a relationship for a long time, but now issues from childhood or past connections are coming up and creating distance between you and your partner.

You may become increasingly angry or withdrawn as you try to understand why you feel so down and how you can communicate your needs to your loved ones. But as you spend more time focusing on your own personal or spiritual growth, you might receive pushback from your partner, family, or friends who now feel like they are less of a priority to you.

You might also find yourself blowing off plans and obligations in an effort to avoid pain, frustration, or feelings of defeat, but that has only caused you to feel disconnected from yourself and others. As stress and tension build, you may begin experiencing uncomfortable or distressing physical symptoms that make it harder to stay motivated. Maybe you want to meditate or go to a yoga class, for example, but the thought of making time for yourself is too intimidating. So instead you spend hours scrolling through Instagram, only to feel like you’ve wasted another day.

It's so hard to be in this kind of place! We’ve all had moments or seasons like these. I know I have.

Do you wish you could understand why you feel so disconnected from yourself and others? Are you ready to learn new skills and tools to shift your energy and focus to foster greater joy and gratitude?

Life And Relationships Are Full Of Ups And Downs

We all go through times when we don’t feel our best: we become overwhelmed at home or at work, struggle to stick to a new diet or exercise routine, or feel guilty for getting angry at our kids or partner. And while these personal and relational challenges happen daily, we don’t always feel like we have the time or tools to navigate them in a healthy, authentic way.

To find relief and learn new skills, you may have turned to self-help books, networking events or workshops that promise results. But making changes in your life and relationships can be difficult, and it can be hard to stay motivated and stick to a new routine if you don’t see immediate benefits. So you move onto the next thing without giving yourself a chance to fully integrate the lessons you’ve learned.

Our society praises us for staying super busy. However, this always-on-the-go lifestyle can make it hard to set boundaries and focus on self-care. Even when you’re motivated to make a change, it’s all too easy to give in to old patterns that keep you feeling stuck in place. Some behaviors or patterns may have been in place for a long time, and it takes a lot of awareness and attention to shift things. But with each attempted solution that fails to deliver results, you might find that anxiety, depression, and hopelessness have increased.

It can be hard to integrate changes in your life without the right support. But just because past attempts at personal, spiritual, and relational growth haven’t worked doesn’t mean there isn’t a path forward.

Thankfully, an experienced and intuitive coach can help you course-correct. With my help, you can let go of past hurts and establish new, healthy patterns for relating to yourself and others.

Self-Relationship Coaching Can Help You Feel Truly Connected To Yourself…And Others

Self-relationship coaching provides a safe space where you can share your frustrations and explore your goals without fear of judgment. When you have a chance to explore deeply personal questions—like “Why am I doing that?” and “What is it I really want?”—you can begin working toward practical solutions that create the kind of relationships, communication, or spiritual practice you want to have in your life.

During our first few sessions, we’ll get to know each other and deeply explore your current situation. By taking time to fully understand your goals and needs, we can create a customized life coaching framework that will work for you. We’ll start by building a timeline of what has happened in your life as a way to shed light on why you resist some things but are able to lean into others. Additionally, we’ll discuss your goals for coaching: where you are now, where you want to be, and specific steps to help get you there.

Our work together is a journey: there may be twists and turns, the terrain might change, and we might find a roadblock that you need to work through. Even when we have a roadmap for how to create the change you want in your life, the transformation won’t happen overnight. Different concerns may arise during each session, and my structured yet flexible approach allows us to identify emotional blocks that are preventing you from recognizing and addressing unhealthy thinking or limiting self-beliefs.

Regardless of where you are in your journey or what comes up during sessions, you’ll have the support you need to find healthy, productive solutions. Sometimes just the awareness you gain from an intuitive reading can help reveal unconscious blocks or motivators so you can bring those to light and create some positive change. Other times, you may need help learning new skills so you can get off the hamster wheel and truly be present with yourself and others.

The tools I provide during each session will vary depending on your goals. If you regularly feel overwhelmed or stressed out, the use of energy and breathing skills can help you stay grounded and protect yourself from the overpowering emotions of others. If unhealthy thoughts, beliefs, or behaviors aren’t serving you anymore, we’ll work to unravel and let go of old patterns that are keeping you stuck. And in addition to addressing the daily challenges you experience, we’ll also look for the root of the issue: how it started and how we can help you move forward in a way that feels whole and complete.

Throughout our work together, my goal is to help you tune into your needs so you can overcome self-doubt and see yourself as the amazing, capable and talented person that you are. Whether this is your first time considering life coaching or you have worked with counselors, lifestyle coaches or personal mentors in the past, you can learn to walk freely instead of feeling like you have cement blocks on your feet. And the more you can walk freely, the more you can feel like you have wings on your feet.

Perhaps you’re excited about the benefits of self-relationship coaching but you still have some concerns...

I’ve worked with a life coach, counselor, or intuitive before and it didn’t help as much as I needed. How will this be different?

We’re always progressing in some way, and just because you didn’t get what you needed in previous attempts doesn’t mean it didn’t spark some growth in you. If you feel called to seek help, then there is something you need right now. My goal is not to give you all the answers or tell you how to live. Rather, I’m here to facilitate your personal growth by helping you find the answers that are already within you.

People tell me I’m too sensitive. I just need to toughen up.

You are built the way you are for a reason, and there’s nothing wrong with being sensitive or needing a little help at times. Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, we can work together to find solutions that are tailored to your personality, needs, and goals. With compassionate support and knowledgeable guidance, you can gain the skills, tools, and awareness you need to navigate personal and relational challenges by capitalizing on your innate gifts.

I am how I am, and there’s no changing that. I’m worried making a change will make me feel even worse or cause me to lose what I have accomplished.

The belief that we can’t change who we are is typically connected to the Ego part of ourselves. It wants to keep you safe, and it does so by gripping tightly to what it knows. But that self-belief is just one part of who you are, and it doesn’t have to define your whole experience. Our work together isn’t about taking away from who you are as a person but about adding awareness of who you are as a soul—your essence—so that you can foster greater self-awareness and achieve your full potential.
